Advocates Join Grove, Phillips-Hill to Take Stand Against Human Trafficking

Kristin Phillips-Hill (R-York) were joined by advocates for a press conference in the Capitol on Wednesday to unveil the Buyer Beware Act, joint pieces of legislation in the House and Senate to increase penalties on criminals convicted of certain human trafficking offenses.

HARRISBURG – The Pennsylvania auditor general on Tuesday released his report on pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs) and “gag clauses,” which forbid some pharmacists from telling customers how to save money unless the customer specifically asks them.
