DOVER – Reps. Seth Grove (R-Dover) and Dawn Keefer (R-Dillsburg) are teaming up to offer residents of the 196th and 92nd Legislative Districts the opportunity to learn more about Pennsylvania’s current gun laws during a Concealed Carry Seminar they’ll host in September.
The seminar will be held at the West Manchester Farmers and Sportsmans’ Association, 4900 Pine Hill Road, on Saturday, Sept. 10, from 9 a.m. to noon.
The seminar is a great opportunity for residents to learn more about their rights and responsibilities as gunowners and to freshen up on Pennsylvania’s gun laws and the Second Amendment. Legal expert attorney Seth Springer will join Grove and Keefer to discuss Pennsylvania’s concealed carry laws. In addition, law enforcement officers will discuss firearms laws and will answer questions from the audience.
Space is limited, so individuals interested in attending should RSVP as soon as possible. Grove’s constituents should call his district office at 717-767-3947 or register online at RepGrove.com
. Residents of Keefer’s district should call 717-432-0792 or go to RepKeefer.com
