Grove Invites Active Military Members, Veterans to Open House
YORK – To commemorate Veterans’ Day on Nov. 11, state Rep. Seth Grove (R-Dover) will hold an open house for active members of the military and veterans at his district office.

The open house will feature lunch and will serve as an opportunity for veterans and active members of the military to get together and share their stories. The event will be held at Grove’s district office, 1954 Carlisle Road in West Manchester Township, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 14.

“Our members of the military and veterans have given up so much to serve our country. We are forever indebted to them for their service. This event is just a very small token of our appreciation,” Grove said. “The open house also allows this special sect of citizens to gather and share the company of others who served, or are serving.”

Veterans and veterans’ issues are at the forefront for Grove. Earlier this year, his office brought the “Wall that Heals,” a half-size Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall Replica to the York Expo Center.
