Grove, School Board Leaders to Discuss Reimbursements for Construction Projects

WHAT: Rep. Seth Grove (R-York) will join with school board members from across the Commonwealth and fellow House members in discussing reimbursement for school construction projects from the state Department of Education. The approval for the reimbursements is the result of funding provisions to advance school construction projects in the 2014-15 Fiscal Code. An additional $10 million in this year’s budget is also dedicated to school district construction reimbursement. In addition, Grove will discuss his legislation, House Bill 2124, which calls for a comprehensive overhaul of the Planning and Construction Workbook process, also known as PlanCon.
