State Government Committee to Take Up COVID-19 Regulatory Suspension Report Bill

WHAT: To examine the impact of regulations that were suspended during the COVID-19 pandemic, the House State Government Committee will take up House Bill 1861, and other matters, during its next meeting. The bill would require a final report be issued no later than Nov. 1 by each authority, which initially authorized a suspension extended by Section 2102-F (a) of the Administrative Code.
WHO: Committee Chairman Rep. Seth Grove (R-York) will be joined by committee members.
WHEN: Monday, Sept. 20, at 11am.
