The committee is reviewing the Department of State’s implementation of transparency provisions to determine if the goals laid out in the law are being met. Under the law, the department must publicly post on its website filings from lobbyists within seven days of receipt.
Grove, Democratic Chairman Matt Bradford (D-Montgomery) and members of the House Government Oversight Committee will hear from representatives from the Pennsylvania Department of State and the state Ethics Commission.
Monday, Oct. 21, at 8:30 a.m.
