DOVER – Residents wishing to learn more about their Second Amendment rights and Pennsylvania’s firearms laws are encouraged to attend the free Concealed Carry Seminar Rep. Seth Grove (R-Dover) will host in October.

The seminar will be held at the West Manchester Farmers and Sportsmans’ Association, 4900 Pine Hill Road, on Saturday, Oct. 19, from 9 a.m. to noon.
